In an environment where user experience matters the most, Adamjee Insurance wanted to revamp its business-face online to appear more navigable, easy, approachable, and interactive. Convex Interactive combined its UI/UX expertise and Customization ingenuity with Adamjee Life’s demands and tailored a clean and user-friendly website coherent with requirements.

Upon choosing, the user is directed to a series of interactive questions through which they can determine what plan they want and for how long, alongside the benefits they are eligible for.

Finally, the user will be presented with a clear and clickable depiction of the awards and benefits they are entitled to. A separate knowledge center was developed to showcase the information resources.

As a part of interactive activity, users are now able to choose any one of three options according to their requirements when they visit the website.

A customer representative will then contact the user, starting a chain of conversations and potential customer acquisition.

RESULTS

Adamjee Life is now available to more users across a wider spectrum of countries. The developed products can undergo a development cycle if and when needed. New features can be constantly added. Conclusively, Adamjee can add new products depending on what the customer demands. The above capabilities were instilled through choice of design and development.
