Missed Call Advertisement and WhatsApp Business Solution Call Center.

The consumer gives a Missed call on a number on the pack and received a Bounce Back SMS from 8797 with a link to Cocomo WhatsApp Number. Where a predefined message asks the user to provide the code & city to be a lucky winner.

RESULTs

The campaign gained' immense popularity among the audience. Not only kids but adults were engaged in this campaign, with the highest entries received from all over Pakistan on the most engaging platform “WhatsApp.”

Initially, the campaign was planned for two months, and then it exceeded one more month based on entries.
