Incentivize customers based on the brand image that LU biscuits has built over the years with the aim to create brand recall

STrategy

Created a solution and opportunities for the brand to reach their target audience using the right platform for the user in order to maximize the results.

EXECUTION

Consumer gives a Missed call on a number given on the pack and receives call back from the same number. After receiving the call, consumer listens to the IVR and enters a 5- digit code. After entering a 5-digit code, consumer gets a pre-defined Validity or Invalidity SMS.

RESULTs

The campaign turned out to be a huge success as we received a massive response from all over Pakistan with entries being in millions.

Initially, the campaign was planned for two months however, considering the response rate it was extended for 15 days more.
